Over the past three years, he has led the successful execution of over 20 investment properties, bringing a sharp eye for value, design, and efficiency to every project. At Trajan Group, Joe not only oversees construction and field operations, but also plays a key role in deal analysis—evaluating properties for potential, estimating rehab costs with precision, and aligning scope with expected returns.
His background in residential remodeling, combined with deep market knowledge and cost forecasting ability, allows Joe to quickly assess whether a deal makes financial sense. From site walkthroughs to final punch lists, he brings a practical, ROI-focused lens to every stage of the investment process. Joe’s hands-on leadership and logistical expertise are key to Trajan Group’s consistent performance and smooth execution across all types of residential investments.

Stockton brings a deep understanding of investment fund structures, capital raising, and strategic investor relations. Before co-founding Trajan Group, he worked with hundreds of fund managers across private equity, venture capital, and real estate at Fund Launch—helping them structure deals, raise capital, and launch compliant investment vehicles.
At Trajan Group, Stockton focuses on making every project financially sound, investor-ready, and aligned with a long-term portfolio strategy. His expertise in fund formation, deal packaging, and investor communication ensures a seamless experience for capital partners and a strong foundation for growth.
Stockton’s experience also includes co-founding a successful home services business, where he gained firsthand knowledge of construction systems, sales operations, and process design. This blend of strategic insight and operational understanding allows him to translate well-run projects into scalable investment opportunities.
